I’ll let you know my current openings and offer a few times for an initial appointment. If you like, I’m happy to schedule a complimentary 15-minute Zoom consultation before we officially begin together.

In our initial session or consultation, you can ask me any questions you might have about how therapy looks with me. I’ll be assessing whether my approach will work well with your needs, and will ask you about your current struggles, any past mental health care you may have received, and cover a few points of business such as payment and ongoing appointment scheduling.
